Duties of Promotion and Publications Officer

according to the Board Member Policy:

• Helps coordinate work on promotional materials and activities keeping the brand of YEE in consideration in all designs.
• Uses and searches for diverse means of promoting YEE e.g. by sending articles to relevant websites, community groups and social media pages and managing social media campaigns.
• Helps the Secretariat keep the website updated.
• Helps the Secretariat and project teams in creating YEE publications.
• Promotes the activities of the Member Organisations.
• Monitors and updates social media platforms and statistics.
• Updates the “Promotions contact list”.
• Proofreads promotional materials and publications.
• Promotes existing publications, films and materials.
• Helps coordinate the promotion of YEE campaigns.
