  • Organisational Management:seeks to encourage the development of well managed youth organisations across Europe through the provision of a theoretical foundation and practical application of organisational management techniques.
  • Methodology in language learning: are essential in the organisation of international events. More and more youth organisations now need to be able to provide their members or European volunteers with the necessary skills to communicate in international settings (international events or volunteering in a host country).
  • Project management: Written by experienced youth work trainers at the international level, this T-Kit is largely inspired from ‘project management' training events run in the context of international youth work and draws on concrete training examples.
  • Intercultural Learning: We have tried to bring together our varied experiences and ideas to produce a T-kit which will help you to come to your own conclusions about intercultural learning theory and practice within the context of youth work and training.

  • International voluntary services: Ever since the beginning of the movement volunteers have been driven by the wish to contribute positively to today's societies, working towards peaceful and just living conditions through a common effort.

  • Training esentials: This T-Kit addresses itself to trainers working within a European framework. It proceeds by assuming that they will be working with a multicultural group and team, in an activity that demands careful planning and input from them, and in training situations which pose a range of personal and professional questions.

  • Under construction: Why do so few young people vote in the European elections? Is there a future to Europe? If the answer is "yes", then today's young people are going to be the ones to shape it.

  • Social inclusion: How then do youth workers and youth organisations go about being inclusive? This T-Kit aims to provide both conceptual and practical tools and resources from which to begin to explore and approach this question.

  • Funding and financial management: into two main parts, one on funding sources and one on financial management. A third part contains a glossary and recommendations for further reading
